I thoroughly enjoyed my time at this budget hotel. the room was reasonably large, cosy, and had good value for money. - I felt comfortable in the room, which had a fan and tea available. - the location was incredible, with a mall and supermarkets within walking distance. - the staff were efficient and incredibly nice.

Room was very quiet and peaceful

No English breakfast - although advertised on booking form and paid for. Would be better if there were drawers in the room to store clothes in plus hooks or shelving in the bathroom

The twin room didn't seem appealing on photos but it was a decent size with breakfast.

Didn't like the staff, some of them were very aggressive.

Good location close to Shepherds Bush Station, good TV reception. Room well cleaned.

Indifferent impatient family staff with fake smiles, small room, room not clean when arrived, poor breakfast, a queue outside the dining room to get breakfast at 8am - not enough space for all guests, broken and missing stuff in rooms, garden with a broken toilet at end (ignore the nice photos). wifi at 2 pound 50 an hour. Charged 2 pound to make a phone call for taxi to airport. Charged us 3% surcharge for using a credit card to pay our room upfront on arrival.

Cozy rooms with garden views, coffee facilities, and air conditioning in a great location.

Great location - 5 minutes from Westfield Shopping Centre and Shepherds Bush tube station. Cheap and cheerful, good for a one night stay. I also got a double bed when only paying for a single room so was happy and the room was clean.

The room was situated on a main road and it was quite noisy at night as the windows weren't double glazed, the television was also poor quality. But for only £49 it was expected.

Coffee and milk served in the morning.

No phone service, the system was trurned off, hence no wakeup service, no alarm clock provided either.

Many flies in my room, hotel staffs are not friendly and not helpful. No free Wifi provided as per described free Wifi is available as in the description of this hotel in Booked.net, it look like cheating, very very very disappointed and angry.
